Gymnastics is great fun and fitness for all ages. Our adult programs provide opportunities for adults to stay fit in the gym. Monday evening is adult night at the gym. It is strongly recommended that any adult consult a physician before starting a fitness program.
Adult Tumbling: This is a two-hour class where adults work on conditioning, stretching, and tumbling fundamentals through advanced skills. Class members choose the pace and level that makes them comfortable. Students are encouraged to build skill through conditioning and drill progressions. Monday Evenings 7:00-9:00 pm
Adult Aerial: This class is part of our circus program. Students will develop strength, tone muscles, and have fun learning skills on the tissue, Spanish web, and stationary trapeze. Monday 7:00-8:30 pm
