Meet Info

  1. Metropolitan Gymnastics is proud to host the 2010 Washington State Level 7-10 State Championship. This will be hosted at Seattle Pacific University on March 19th through March 21st.

State Championships Requirements

  1. The All-Around in one in-or out-state meet, Please note that the meet date you received your qualifying score must be listed on your state entry form. Qualifying scores must be sent to the state director.

  2. Level 9/10 compete on Friday, Level 7 compete on Saturday, Level 8 compete on Sunday.

  3. There will be one set of team awards for each level (no level 7 small team, however).

Sessions:

  1. UPDATE: Metropolitan regrets that we had an error in the Session Order posted on our site. The only change was to swap Jr D and Sr D in levels 7 & 8 according the the draw in the Washington State handbook. No other Levels or groups were affected. The correct order is as follows:

  2. Friday, March 19th - Level 9 and Level 10
        Session 1: 8am – Sr B, Jr A (Level 9)
        Session 2: 11am – Jr B, Sr A (Level 9)
        Session 3: 2pm – Jr Sr (Level 10)

  3. Friday, March 19th 7pm! Stay and watch SPU vs. UW Gymnastics Competition. Two-For-One Coupons to the competition are now available for download!

  4. Saturday, March 20th - Level 7 (all sessions are A/B)
        Session 4: 8am – Jr A, Sr A, Jr C (Level 7)
        Session 5: 11:30am – Ch C, Sr C, Sr B (Level 7)
        Session 6: 3pm – Sr D, Ch D, Ch B (Level 7)
        Session 7: 6:30pm – Jr D, Ch A, Jr B (Level 7)

  5. Sunday, March 21st - Level 8
        Session 8: 8am – Jr C, Sr A, Sr C, Sr D (Level 8)
        Session 9: 12:00pm – Jr D, Jr B, Sr B , Jr A (Level 8)

FAQ:


  1. Can my gymnast compete as a specialist?
    If your gymnast was registered as a specialist at the beginning of the season and has not competed all around during the season, then yes. You will need to confirm all this with Patti Gable from NorthWest Aerials at usagwa.com.
