Summer Schedule Coming!

Summer is almost here, so get ready for the new schedule. Here is the current upcoming Summer Schedule. This may still change, but we will let everyone know if changes happen. This schedule will take effect on July 1st.

8 Medals from Westerns!

The Metropolitan team brought home 8 medals from Westerns this weekend! Congratulations!
• Cheyenne Gavino winning Western Champion with gold on Vault and Floor, 4th on bars and beam
• Kristen Rodal 3rd on beam, 4th on floor
• Bethany Pupava 3rd on floor
We are so proud of all their hard work, and it is wonderful to see it pay off!

Updated Open Gym Hours!!!

Beginning the week of April 12th, we will be cutting back on our open gym hours. PLEASE note the ONLY Open Gym hours will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!
Thursday and Friday hours will remain 12pm to 2pm for 8yrs and younger and 2pm to 4pm for 8yrs and older.
Saturday Open Gym hours will also remain the same from 12pm to 2pm for ALL ages.
There will be NO open gym Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday!
PLEASE watch for Open Gym hours to be extended through the week during vacation and school breaks.

Congratulations to all the gymnasts who worked so hard this weekend at State Meet! All of you did a fantastic job. All scores from the meet are posted to Meet Scores Online. If you couldn’t attend the meet you can still see how your favorite gymnast did!

State Rotation Schedule is Up!

We have also moved the Sunday Session 9 back 30 minutes to 12:00 noon. That update is below. Also, the Level 7 sessions will be A/B rotations, no changes in groups or times.
Friday, March 19th - Level 9 and Level 10     Session 1: 8am – Sr B, Jr A (Level 9)     Session 2: 11am – Jr B, Sr A (Level 9)     Session 3: 2pm – Jr Sr (Level 10)
Saturday, March 20th - Level 7 (all sessions are A/B)     Session 4: 8am – Jr A, Sr A, Jr C (Level 7)     Session 5: 11:30am – Ch C, Sr C, Sr B (Level 7)     Session 6: 3pm – Sr D, Ch D, Ch B (Level 7)     Session 7: 6:30pm – Jr D, Ch A, Jr B (Level 7)

State Sessions are Online! - Update

Metropolitan regrets that we had an error in the Session Order posted on our site. The only change was to swap Jr D and Sr D in levels 7 & 8 according the the draw in the Washington State handbook. No other Levels or groups were affected. The correct order is as follows:

Friday, March 19th - Level 9 and Level 10     Session 1: 8am – Sr B, Jr A (Level 9)     Session 2: 11am – Jr B, Sr A (Level 9)     Session 3: 2pm – Jr Sr (Level 10)

Thanks For Being at The Bunny Hop

We want to thank everyone who Competed, volunteered, and attended the Bunny Hop meet this weekend. It was a great meet with big attendance and some fantastic gymnastics all around! Everyone worked so hard to pull it off that we wanted to give special thanks to the whole crew. Without our volunteers it wouldn't be possible.
